National Crêpe Day was a couple days ago here in France but the crêpe eating has been in abundance this entire week. In honor of "avec crêpe day" as the originally Catholic holiday has become known, I thought I would share the video from which I learned to make crêpes. It is easier than you might think, or it would certainly be out of my league. The next time I make crêpes, I will try to video it and get it up. For now this entertaining video will work.
